VMU x NFL x SLAWN: Gameday Giants

VMU Studio was commissioned by the NFL and Fanatics to design and deliver two 35-foot inflatable sculptures installed in Leicester Square. The monumental “Gameday Giants,” created in collaboration with Slawn; whose involvement was sourced and facilitated by VMU Studio, fused the visual language of American football and UK football culture, transforming one of London’s busiest public plazas into a large-scale public installation and highly visible landmark for fans and visitors. The installation enhanced the community-led programme including Slawn meet-and-greets, fan signings, and merchandise giveaways. In parallel, VMU Studio also designed, produced, and delivered sculptural works for a Fanatics Collectibles store activation for NFL and Fanatics VVIP guests, expanding the project across both public space and retail environments.
